Use your data and REST services in cloud applications

The GIS data uploaded to the cloud storage can be directly used in cloud application for visual expression and in-depth analysis using maps or various charts. It can also be published as a service and used by various cloud applications in the form of a service.

  • In the DataViz: You can directly add Excel, CSV, GeoJSON and Shapefile data through files as feature layers and overlay them on the base map; You can also directly add REST services you publish to the application, and the map you make can also be called on the web through cloud storage API. At this point, you can use the data to combine your needs to make rich thematic maps, click to learn more.

  • In Data Insight: Excel, CSV, GeoJSON, Shapefile data can be added to Data Insight; You can also add data or REST services; Based on the added data or services, combined with your needs, you can use maps or charts for visual expression, click to learn more.

  • In 3D Earth: You can add the REST 3D service after the hosted data is released to the scene in the form of a layer, add point, line and area elements based on this scene, or perform measurement, query functions, or perform analysis in the scene. Click to learn more.

  • In Map Dashboard: Support to use Public Data, My Data, iServer REST Service, etc. as the data source of the visualization component. Click to learn more.

  • In Map Studio: You can upload files in the application, or directly use the data and services you upload or publish in cloud storage to make maps. You can visualize and analyze spatial data in the application. Click to learn more.

If you need to call a REST service resource in the GIS application you are developing, please refer to Cloud Storage API.
